Upon visiting the store in Nunawading, I was quickly greeted by Nikki, who dropped everything and worked with me to meet my unreasonable timeline in having outdoor furniture and fireplace for my daughters 18th (that weekend) Nikki was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, it was simply the best retail experience I have had ever. Always courteous and prompt to reply, and delivery is accurate and helpful, even assembling if requested! when we had a minor issue with a product (manufacturing from the supplier, not Remarkable's issue), the service to replace was prompt, free of charge, and efficient. The delivery arrangements were flexible and the team was able to deliver on an out-of-cycle day for my suburb, which I really appreciated.
