The delivery arrangements were flexible and the team was able to deliver on an out-of-cycle day for my suburb, which I really appreciated. The communication and customer service is appalling. The goods are fine (if and when they finally arrive!) but the delays in my order were not communicated unless I rang to follow up. Was supposed to get remainder of order today and one cushion still missing. No communication from the store, just the poor delivery driver scratching his head. 9 weeks after order placed, still incomplete. Shop elsewhere.
